We are looking for a Facialists (also known as Aestheticians) for our West Palm Beach location!
Responsibilities of the Aestheticians:
Provide an exceptional spa and skincare experience for each client, focusing on results and relaxation.
Build and maintain a relationship with each client and personalize the service and product based on the client’s need and concerns.
Learn and follow Renaissance’s procedures, protocols, and product recommendations.
Provide skincare education to all clients.
Develop and communicate recommendations and a treatment program for each client.
Assist in maintaining a professional and clean spa
Ensure that the Health and Safety Policies of Renaissance and state/local regulatory boards are followed.
Some specific job functions and requirements for Personalized Facials:
Review customer intake form and Complexion Analysis.
Listen to and address the client’s needs and concerns.
Assess the client’s skin condition / requirements and select specific products to apply to the clients skin during the facial.
Cleanse, exfoliate, treat (mask), tone, and moisturize the client’s skin.
Provide steam, high frequency and extractions as required
Provide relaxation treatments while products set
Provide additional services the client may desire including waxing, serums, back facial, and other services we may offer from time to time
Develop and explain the customized Home Treatment Plan for each client
Requirements
A qualified Aesthetician will have these attributes:
Be professional in actions, speech, and appearance
Competent in full service waxing
Current license and insurance
Genuine, visible warmth and caring for clients
Experience in and motivation for sales
Desire to provide skincare education to clients
A confident, well developed sense of touch and basic facial routine
Current knowledge of skincare procedures, protocols, and products
Willingness to learn, use, implement, follow, and recommend Renaissance procedures, protocols, and products.
Ability to work as a team in a fast-paced environment.
Provide an exceptional spa experience for customers focused both on results and relaxation.
**Hourly plus commissions on service**
